Terms and Conditions of Enrolment — Foundational Skin Medicine

1 About the Course

Foundational Skin Medicine is a live, online practitioner education course delivered by Rebecca Hughes (ABN 77 876 189 780), trading as Natural Skin Medicine. The course is delivered via the Alveya platform (powered by GoHighLevel).

The course consists of 10 live sessions delivered on Wednesdays from 15 July to 30 September 2026, with a mid-course integration break on 19 August 2026. Each session is approximately 60 minutes of delivery followed by 15 minutes of live Q&A.

2 Who This Course Is For

This course is designed for qualified or student health practitioners including naturopaths, nutritionists, integrative GPs, herbalists, and holistic nurses. By enrolling, you confirm that you hold (or are currently undertaking) a relevant qualification and that the content will be applied in a professional context.

Course content is educational in nature and does not constitute clinical advice for the management of your own patients. You remain solely responsible for all clinical decisions made in your practice.

3 Enrolment and Payment

3.1 Enrolment Confirmation

Your enrolment is confirmed once full payment (or the first instalment of a payment plan) has been received and processed. You will receive a confirmation email with access details within 48 hours of payment.

3.2 Pricing

EOFY Early Bird (available until 30 June 2026): $770 AUD pay in full. Includes free access to Managing Atopic Dermatitis (3-part series, valued at $550). This bonus is available only with early bird enrolment and will not be offered as an inclusion at any subsequent time.
Standard rate (from 1 July 2026): $880 AUD pay in full.
Payment plan: 3 × fortnightly payments of $295 AUD.

3.3 GST

All prices are plus GST where applicable under Australian taxation law.

3.4 Payment Plans

Payment plans are processed automatically via Stripe on a fortnightly basis. By selecting a payment plan, you authorise Rebecca Hughes / Natural Skin Medicine to debit the agreed instalments from your nominated payment method on the scheduled dates.

4 Late and Failed Payments

If a scheduled payment fails, the following process applies:

1 A late payment fee of $20 AUD will be applied to cover transaction costs incurred by Natural Skin Medicine.

2 You will be notified of the failed payment by email and given a grace period of 5 business days to rectify the outstanding amount.

3 If payment is not received within the grace period, your access to course materials and live sessions will be suspended until the outstanding amount is paid.

4 If two consecutive payments fail and are not rectified within the grace period, your enrolment will be cancelled and access permanently removed. No refund will be issued for amounts already paid in the event of cancellation due to non-payment.

5 Cooling Off Period and Refund Policy

5.1 Cooling Off Period

You have a 48-hour cooling off period from the time of purchase. If you request a cancellation within 48 hours of enrolment and before accessing any course content, you will receive a full refund. To exercise this right, contact [email protected] within 48 hours of your purchase confirmation.

5.2 Refund After Module 1

If you have attended or accessed Module 1 and do not wish to continue, you may request a refund within 7 days of Module 1 being delivered (15 July 2026). Refund requests received after this window will not be considered.

To request a refund under this provision, email [email protected] with your full name, enrolment details, and reason for withdrawal. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

5.3 No Refund After Module 1 Window

After the 7-day post-Module 1 refund window has closed, no refunds will be issued regardless of whether you have attended sessions or accessed content. This applies to both full-payment and payment plan enrolments.

6 Course Access

Live sessions will be recorded and made available in your student portal within 48 hours of each session.
You will have access to all recorded course content for 12 months from the course start date of 15 July 2026.
Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials with any other person.
The final module (Week 10) includes identifiable case material contributed by live participants. For privacy and confidentiality reasons, this module will not be included in any future cohort or on-demand version of the course. Access to this module remains available to live cohort participants during their 12-month access period.

7 Intellectual Property

All course content — including but not limited to video recordings, slides, frameworks, case studies, written materials, and the 5-Axis Root Cause Assessment methodology — is the intellectual property of Rebecca Hughes / Natural Skin Medicine.

By enrolling, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the course content for your own professional development. You may not:

Share, reproduce, distribute, or publish any course content in any form without written permission.
Use course content — including the 5-Axis framework, case studies, or clinical materials — to develop or deliver competing educational products or programs.
Record live sessions without prior written consent.

8 Live Sessions

Live sessions are delivered via online video conferencing. Minimum technical requirements include a stable internet connection, a device capable of running the conferencing platform, and a microphone and camera (recommended).

Natural Skin Medicine reserves the right to reschedule a live session with reasonable notice (minimum 48 hours) in the event of illness, technical failure, or other unforeseen circumstances. Rescheduled sessions will be offered at a time agreed with the majority of enrolled participants where practicable. No refund is issued for rescheduled sessions.

Participants are expected to engage respectfully in live sessions. Natural Skin Medicine reserves the right to remove a participant from a live session or suspend access if conduct is deemed disruptive or inappropriate.

9 Privacy

Your personal information is collected for the purposes of course administration, communication, and delivery. Your information will not be sold or disclosed to third parties except as required by law or as necessary for platform delivery (Alveya / GoHighLevel).

Case material shared by participants during live sessions is treated as confidential within the cohort. Participants agree not to share identifiable case information outside the course environment.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Natural Skin Medicine's liability for any claim arising from or related to this course is limited to the amount paid by you for the course.

Natural Skin Medicine is not liable for:

Clinical outcomes arising from the application of course content in your practice.
Technical interruptions, platform outages, or failures outside our reasonable control.
Loss of access to course content resulting from non-payment or breach of these terms.

Course content is provided for educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical, clinical, or legal advice.

11 Changes to the Course

Natural Skin Medicine reserves the right to make reasonable changes to course content, delivery dates, or format where circumstances require. Where changes are material, enrolled participants will be notified with reasonable advance notice. In the event of course cancellation by Natural Skin Medicine, a full refund will be provided.

12 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to Australian Consumer Law and, where applicable, the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
